Every package ends with a complimentary Frontline spray application, giving external parasite protection for up to about four weeks. Kittens below 1.5kg qualify for a kitten rate on all packages. Please let us know about any sensitivities or recent treatments when you book.

Fungal Treatment
Targets active fungal issues such as ringworm, yeast infection, and fungal overgrowth.
Keratin Treatment
Infuses the coat with proteins to restore soft, strong, shiny fur. For brittle, dry, thin-looking, or dull coats.
Whitening Treatment
Brightens stained or yellowed fur with gentle, coat-safe agents. For white or light-coloured cats.
Parasite Treatment
A deep-cleansing, parasite-fighting treatment for fleas, mites, ticks, and fur mites. Book in advance if parasites are suspected.
Anti-Dandruff Treatment
A targeted skin therapy using a vet-recommended oatmeal shampoo and nourishing conditioner, with extended soak time and a gentle scalp massage. Best for visible flaking, dry or dull coats, and sensitive skin, especially indoor cats and seniors.
Shed-Defense Treatment
A multi-step deshedding protocol that removes dead undercoat and reduces shedding, dander, and allergens. For heavy or seasonal shedding.

Good to know: Bath Only is a thorough wet bath with premium products, no trimming or styling. Detangling gently works through small knots and is not for pelted or heavily matted coats, which need shaving instead. Silhouette Trim keeps hidden hygienic areas shaved and visible edges neatly tidied, ideal for long-coat cats.
Surcharges, explained honestly
Some grooms take more time and care. A surcharge may apply after an in-person assessment for: medium or long coat breeds (waived for Express and Posh Cuts), extra-large cats, difficult handling for resistant cats, pelted coat removal, ear mite rescue if mites are found under the microscope, and our decontamination and safety protocol for suspected contagious conditions. We will always tell you before we begin.

Grooming with transport made easy
Enjoy complimentary van pickup and dropoff on qualifying bookings on your designated zone day. We collect your cat safely, each cat in its own secure carrier, and bring them home fresh after their session. Off-zone transport is available at standard rates.
- Pickup between 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM
- Dropoff between 6:00 PM and 10:00 PM
- Roughly 30 minutes notice before the driver arrives
Timings can shift with traffic and the care needed at earlier stops, so we ask for a little flexibility. Message us to check transport for your address.

Walk-ins welcome
Walk-in grooming is pre-booked through the same booking link, with drop-off between 11:30 AM and 1:00 PM and collection by 7:00 PM. A stay-in fee applies after 7:00 PM.
A grooming rhythm for every coat
- Short coats: every six to eight weeks
- Long coats: every four to six weeks
- Senior, overweight, heavy-shedding, or outdoor cats: every four to six weeks
- Water-shy cats: every six to eight weeks
- After sterilisation: from about two weeks, once the incision has healed
These are general guidelines and depend on the individual cat. Leaving too long between sessions is the main cause of pelted matting; our professional-grade shampoos are gentle enough for monthly grooming.
For nervous or aggressive cats, we recommend Deluxe or Luxury grooming over styling cuts, and cuts only where genuinely needed, such as severe matting. We work at the cat's pace, allow breaks, and pause or stop if a cat is in distress. That is not a limitation. It is how we care.

You can reschedule or cancel by contacting us directly. We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice.
How long does grooming take?
Sessions typically take 45 minutes to 3 hours, depending on your cat’s coat and temperament.
Can I stay with my cat during grooming?
We do not allow owners in the grooming area for safety and focus reasons, but your cat is always in loving, professional hands. We send you video of your cat being groomed, so you never miss a moment.
What products do you use during grooming?
We only use premium, cat-safe grooming products that are gentle on the skin and fur. If your cat has allergies or skin sensitivities, please let us know in advance.
Is grooming safe for my cat?
Yes. Our professional groomers use gentle handling techniques and safe grooming practices, and we pause or stop a session if your cat needs a break. Your cat’s wellbeing always comes before the perfect groom.
